Introduction

HLA-B51 RQ kit provides a ready-to-use Real-Time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test designed for detecting HLA-B51 sequence. All required reagents are included in the PCR Mix provided in the kit. This Mix also contains a different series of primers and probe for detecting a housekeeping gene sequence as an Internal Control (IC). IC prevents false negative results due to extraction or presence of PCR inhibitors.
