Introduction

MBCR 210 RQ kit provides a ready-to-use Real-Time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test designed for detecting and quantifying BCR-ABL (p210) Transcripts. All required reagents are included in the PCR Mix provided in the kit..The kit also contains ABL Mix for the detection of ABL gene transcripts to calculate BCR-ABL% and prevent false negative results due to failure in extraction. Note that IS-MMR calibrators are also provided with the kit.
