Introduction

Resp I RQ kit provides a ready-to-use Real-Time RT-PCR test designed for detecting RNA of the following viruses, SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A virus/Influenza B virus, and RSV. All required reagents are included in the PCR Mix provided in the kit. This Mix also contains a different series of primers and probe for detecting RNase P as an Internal Control (IC).
