Introduction

Resp II RQ kit provides a ready-to-use Real-Time RT-PCR test designed for detecting RNA of the following viruses, SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A virus/Influenza B virus, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) and Human Parainfluenza Viruses types 1 to 4 (HPIVs 1-4). All required reagents are included in the PCR Mixes provided in the kit. Resp A Mix also contains a different series of primers and probe for detecting RNase P as an Internal Control (IC).
